This must comply with the rules and conditions under the Payment Systems Act 2017 and all commands of the Ministry of Finance and/or commands of BOT (Bank of Thailand) which relate to every rule of running a payment business, including additional conditions and to be amended later.

 

1.  What payment methods are accepted by "Transfer to Business"?
Ans: "Merchants of Transfer to Commerce" merchants can accept payments with universally accepted UnionPay, WeChat Pay, and Alipay. Visa Card and Master Card payments will be coming soon.

2.  Who is the main service target of our company…
Ans: "GP payment" accepts applications from commercial, non-profit, and charitable organizations registered in Hong Kong, Thailand, Cambodia, and Australia.

​3.  How can merchants check payment status?
Ans: Merchants can log in to the merchant account management webpage of EasyPay at any time and use the reporting tool in the "Merchant Account Management System" to check the credit card payment status.

5.  Transaction date of the payment received? (Transaction day T+?)
Ans: Mostly (T+ 2 days) refer to the settlement date of payment transactions. The T stands for transaction date,  which is the day the transaction takes place. The numbers 1, 2, or 3 denote how many days after the transaction date the settlement or the transfer of money.

6.  What is the upper limit of the merchant's monthly or each transaction?
Ans: Merchants can collect payment according to the daily, monthly, or transaction limit set by the customer in advance because each merchant's transaction limit is different.

 

7. How long does it take to apply for the "Transfer to Business" service?   
Ans: It usually takes about 2 weeks to approve the application.
